Multi - Education Editing Center. The Multi Education Editing Center was founded in 2002 in INDIA by Arjia Rinpoche, the former Abbot of Kumbum, one of the oldest and largest monasteries in Tibet. Its Purpose is to facilitate the dissemination of knowledge of western science and technology to Tibetans. Particularly to the younger generation through their own language in order to enhance its practical use. We believe the preservation of Tibetan culture can go hand in hand with modernization and the introduction of new concepts. This can only be achieved if we translate this knowledge into the mother tongue for young Tibetans, so that modernization can find its place within the framework of Tibet's culture and values.
